Contact Page
The content on the Contact Us page is editable in two different places: the web pages BC view and the page builder view. The FAQ can be edited in page builder, while the form fields and email block content can be edited in the web page settings.
Web Page Settings
In BigCommerce, navigate to Channel Manager > Web Pages In the contact us page, you can update the content under the Email Us header in the page content area here. To adjust the fields included in the contact form, you can select/deslect the checkboxes below.
Page Builder
- Navigate to the page in page builder by switching to the preview mode and clicking on the contact link in the footer.
- Switch back to Design mode to edit the FAQ widget.
