Product IDs

The product ids in BigCommerce will not match those in HQ. For the most part, product information will live in the theme and won’t require you to directly access it for integrations like Yotpo.

If you do want to find a specific product id, you can either visit the product url in the BigCommerce admin or hover over the product in the admin where a link will show on the bottom left of the screen. The product id will be 3 or more digits, and exist at the end of the product url inside the admin.
